Guest privacy

If you share a mailing address, we collect your household’s names, email, and postal address so we can mail your wedding invitation and match the submission to your household. Your address is not an RSVP.

If you choose to join our wedding update list, we collect the name and email address you provide.

How we use it

We’ll use your email only for information about our wedding, including RSVP availability, travel, lodging, schedule, and wedding-week updates. Sharing a mailing address alone does not subscribe you to the email list. Email updates are optional: choose the email checkbox and confirm your email using the link we send.

How we protect it

Guest information is stored privately in our AWS account. It is not published on this website, committed to the website code, sold, or shared for marketing.

Your choice

You can unsubscribe using the link in any wedding update email. We’ll remove the update list after the wedding is complete and it is no longer needed.

To correct or remove a mailing address, contact Adam or Kristin directly. We’ll remove the mailing list after the wedding when it’s no longer needed.
